Room for participants to sit comfortably and see the flip chart.
Sequence
  • 15 minutes for the introduction
  • 20 minutes for the activity
  • 10 minutes for processing

Participants will explore the differences between being famous and being someone’s hero. They will explore the qualities that best describe their personalities and discuss the qualities they would like to develop.

Objectives

  • To discover the difference between being famous and someone’s hero
  • To identify special self-characteristics and special traits in others
  • To encourage youth to apply their beliefs and values for the common good

Activity

The participants will begin to learn and understand the differences between being famous and being someone’s hero. The participants will learn to identify those specific characteristics.
